Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Workday HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop customized compensation plans, benefits programs, and time management processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday HCM modules such as Compensation & Benefits, Time Management, and Absence Management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday HCM implementation projects and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-9 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation or consulting role.
- Strong understanding of compensation planning, perks administration, and time management principles.
- Experience working with multiple modules within the Workday platform (Compensation & Benefits, Time Management).
- Proven track record of delivering successful project implementations using Agile methodologies.
