Urgent Chance for the role of Architect role to be based at Hyderabad site

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect with 6 years of experience in EPC projects to lead and coordinate architectural design activities from concept development through project execution. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design coordination, BIM integration, construction support, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Planning

- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, NBC guidelines, and project requirements.
- Optimize building functionality, space utilization, and aesthetics.

Design Coordination

- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, and BIM teams to ensure seamless design integration.
- Participate in interdisciplinary design reviews and technical discussions.
- Resolve architectural design conflicts and support value engineering initiatives.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.





BIM & Documentation

- Develop and review BIM/Revit models for architectural works.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolutions with other disciplines.
- Ensure timely issuance of construction drawings and revisions.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing control systems.

Construction & Site Support

- Provide technical support during project execution.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and architectural mock-ups.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction is in accordance with approved drawings.
- Address site queries and support issue resolution during construction.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Verify compliance with applicable codes and statutory requirements.
- Participate in design audits and quality reviews.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in EPC, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
