Job Title: Head - Finance & Accounts

Work Location: Hyderabad (R&D; Center)

Working Days: 6 Days

Qualification: Qualified CA - Mandatory

Experience: 10-15 Years. Looking for candidates with pharma industry background

About the Role:

We are looking for a Qualified CA to establish the Finance & Accounts department from scratch and lead the overall F&A; function for our R&D; Center in Hyderabad. This is an Individual Contributor role with a small team of 1-2 members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and set up the entire Finance & Accounts department from ground zero

- Lead and manage overall Finance, Accounting, Budgeting and MIS

- Handle month-end / year-end closing, financial reporting and statutory compliance

- Manage Audits, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), GST, TDS

- Manage cash flow, working capital and fund management





- Implement financial controls, SOPs and accounting systems

- Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities

- Support management with financial planning and decision making

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CA is mandatory

- 10-15 years of experience in F&A;, with experience in setting up F&A; function from scratch

- Experience in R&D; /Pharmaceutical, Research & Development, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related industry will be preferred

- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and compliance

- Hands-on, self-driven with ability to work as individual contributor

- Experience in managing small team (1-2 members)
