You are looking for a CA with 10+ years of experience who can:
Own FP&A; activities budgeting, forecasting, planning and variance analysis.
Work directly with senior business leaders and explain financial performance.
Analyse Actual vs Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year and identify why numbers moved.
Convert large/complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Challenge business stakeholders constructively on costs, investments, risks and opportunities.
Understand financial reporting, accounting and controls, and work with Close & Control teams.
Have solid Excel + SAP skills.
Ideally use Power BI / Power Query / Alteryx and have experience automating reports/processes.
Ideally come from FMCG, Consumer Health, Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments.
