Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Onsite
Experience: 2-4 Years
Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST

What were looking for:

2-4 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment

Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills

Strong network with Tier1 vendors / implementation partners

Experience with Prime Vendors /C2C.

VMS/MSP experience is a plus

Experience working closely with OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H1B candidates

W2 recruitment experience required / Fulltime marketing processes
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search & Job

Portals

Positive understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment processes

Experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate submissions

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
