Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, understanding eCommerce processes, preparing functional specifications, and supporting SAP Commerce Cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B/B2C eCommerce, SAP Commerce Cloud, digital commerce processes, and business analysis.

Key Skills

- Strong experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
- Good knowledge of B2B and B2C eCommerce processes
- Experience with Product Content Management (PCM)
- Strong understanding of Order Management
- Knowledge of Customer Management
- Understanding of Promotions and Pricing
- Knowledge of Search & Merchandising
- Understanding of CMS and Storefront functionality
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong requirement gathering and business process analysis skills
- Experience in UAT planning and execution
- Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases

Technical Knowledge

- SAP Commerce Cloud architecture

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze,



and document business requirements for SAP Commerce Cloud projects.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, UX, QA, and other technical teams.
- Define and document business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
- Support requirements related to product catalog, pricing, promotions, order management, and customer experience.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Participate in solution design discussions and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional documents, process flows, and use cases.
- Support UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities.
- Assist with change management, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure SAP Commerce solutions align with business and digital commerce objectives.

Candidates should have strong hands-on SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris Business Analyst experience, excellent business requirement gathering skills, and the ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
