* Drive life insurance sales through Bank branches

* Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff

* Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

* Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth

* Provide product knowledge and support to bank partners

* Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guideline

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in BFSI preferred,

Valuable communication and relationship-building skills.

Customer-focused approach with willingness to learn.

Ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently.
