Job Description:

We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process role. C1-level communication skills with excellent spoken English.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are not eligible.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process or semi voice is mandatory .
- C1-level communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
