Key Requirements:

- Robust experience in distributed systems and AWS architecture
- Hands-on expertise with EKS, OpenShift, and Infrastructure as Code
- Proficiency in Go & Python; working knowledge of Node.js
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
- Knowledge of AI-powered development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
- Healthcare/Payer domain experience is a plus

What We're Looking For

8-12 years of software engineering experience

Strong expertise in Go and Python, with working knowledge of Node.js

Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, EKS, and OpenShift

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)

Strong understanding of distributed systems, messaging platforms, fault tolerance, scalability, and service reliability

Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
