Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Credentialing Specialist to manage credentialing, licensing, compliance, and onboarding for healthcare professionals. Candidates should have strong knowledge of US healthcare credentialing and nursing/allied licensing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end credentialing and onboarding for US Healthcare professionals.
- Handle US state licensing, Nursys, license verification, and renewals.
- Verify licenses, certifications, education, work history, references, and other required documents.
- Manage background checks, OIG, SAM, drug screens, and health compliance.
- Track license expirations, renewals, immunizations, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and credentialing systems.




- Ensure timely and compliant onboarding for healthcare assignments.

Positions Handled

RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, Travel Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and other US Healthcare positions.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Credentialing.
- Hands-on experience with US nursing licensing and state boards.
- Knowledge of Nursys, NLC, credentialing portals, ATS, and compliance systems.
- Experience with Travel Nursing / Allied Healthcare credentialing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and compliance requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
