We are hiring experienced Customer Support Associates for a reputed Verizon Voice Process in Hyderabad and Pune.

Pune: Up to 4.9 LPA

ELIGIBILITY

- Minimum 1 year of Voice Process / Customer Support experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Confident verbal communication
- Candidates with international voice experience preferred
- Immediate Joiners Only
- Candidates currently serving notice period or with a joining date several weeks later may not be considered

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer queries through voice calls
- Provide accurate and skilled customer support
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions
- Maintain quality and communication standards
- Handle escalations professionally
