HR Recruiter & Team Leader Hub Operations (Flipkart ODH/MDH)

Job Description:

Responsible for managing hub operations, rider recruitment, team handling, and daily delivery performance for Flipkart ODH/MDH operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruit and onboard Delivery Executives/Riders as per hub requirements.

2.Manage daily hub operations and ensure smooth first-mile/last-mile activities.

3.Handle and guide Team Leaders, Delivery Executives, and field staff.

4.Monitor attendance, productivity, delivery performance, and rider availability.

5.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring and operational targets.

6.Coordinate with the Flipkart/central operations team for operational issues.

7.Maintain recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and performance reports.





8.Conduct daily team briefings and resolve rider queries/issues.

9.Ensure compliance with company and Flipkart operational processes.

10.Track hub performance and take corrective action to improve productivity.

Required Skills:
Graduate

Positive communication and team-management skills.

Recruitment and field-hiring experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Ability to handle multiple hubs/teams and meet targets.

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or delivery operations preferred.
