Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user interface design, user experience principles, website design, and responsive layouts. The candidate will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create engaging web applications and websites.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.

- 25 years of experience in UI/UX or Website Design.

- Portfolio demonstrating website and application design projects.

- Experience with user testing and usability evaluation.

- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Interface Visual Design

- Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web applications.

- Design landing pages, dashboards, forms, and interactive user journeys.

- Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across digital platforms.

- UX, Wireframing Prototyping

- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Conduct user research and apply UX best practices to improve usability and accessibility.

- Systems Development Collaboration

- Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.





- Optimization Trends

- Optimize websites for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

- Improve existing websites based on user feedback and analytics.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of UI and UX design principles.

- Experience in website design and responsive web design.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive layouts (basic knowledge preferred).

- Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.

- Ability to create interactive prototypes.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
