The role involves team leadership, business development, partner engagement, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with insurance companies for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers Develop and maintain strong partner relationships Drive B2 B motor insurance business through dealers,
