Role Description:

This is a full-time IT Recruiter role based to source Candidates for Canadian Clients. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and IT positions. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing job descriptions, and maintaining effective talent pipelines through job portals and professional networks. The role involves conducting candidate evaluations, managing interview logistics, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The IT Recruiter will also contribute to recruitment strategies, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills,



with the ability to understand and assess technical roles and requirements.
- Proven Hiring experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for diverse IT positions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with hiring teams and candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, professional networking platforms, and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and common technical skill sets; experience recruiting for cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation roles is an advantage.

Required skills and experience

- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in IT recruitment for Canadian Staffing requirement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suited for interacting with clients and candidates
- Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java/.NET, Cloud, Dev Ops, Data, Infrastructure and AI).
- Proven sourcing skills: advanced Linked In and job portal expertise
- Ability to evaluate technical fit and ask focused screening questions.
- Ability to work during EST timezone

Nice to Have:

- Prior experience working on Staffing requirements for Canada Clients
