Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–8 years of Service Now experience with robust focus on ITAM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM
- Expertise in Java Script, HTML, CSS, Web Services.
- Service Now certifications:

✔ Certified Administrator

✔ Certified Application Developer

✔ Certified Implementation Specialist – ITAM/ITOM/ HRSD/CSM

- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise environments.

Nice to Have

- AngularJS or other scripting languages.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure Web Services, and integrations.
