We are looking for a skilled and proactive Application Support Analyst specializing in Concur to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 6 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, with deep expertise in SAP Concur solutions. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operation, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent support to our users.

What You'll Do:
Provide application support for SAP Concur systems and resolve user issues
Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when necessary
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Document processes, configurations,



and problem resolutions
Train end-users on Concur functionalities as needed

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in application support and administration, Vendor Management. SaaS application administration, Incident and problem management, User access and security administration, UAT planning and execution
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in CONCUR tool
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Experience working in quick-paced environments
