The Mission

/n

We are looking for a seasoned Information Security leader and technical SME who can architect, govern, and evolve our enterprise security technology landscape.

/n

As General Manager – Info Sec Technology, you will bridge the gap between cybersecurity strategy and technical execution, ensuring our infrastructure stays resilient against emerging threats while enabling business growth.

/n

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical expertise, risk governance, and strategic leadership.

/n

What You'll Drive

/n

Security Technology Leadership (SME)

/n

/n

- Own the enterprise security technology stack including SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM and Cloud Security

/n

- Lead architecture decisions, tool selection, and integrations across hybrid environments

/n

- Provide expert guidance to IT teams to ensure security is embedded by design

/n

/n

Security Strategy & Governance

/n

/n

- Develop and execute a 3-year security technology roadmap aligned with business growth

/n

- Define and enforce enterprise security standards and "Golden Image" configurations





/n

- Translate complex technical insights into board-level KPIs and risk metrics

/n

/n

Risk, Compliance & Assurance

/n

/n

- Lead deep-dive technical risk assessments for infrastructure and third-party integrations

/n

- Ensure alignment with global standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, GDPR

/n

- Drive technical readiness for security audits and automate evidence collection

/n

/n

Operational Collaboration

/n

/n

- Partner with Security Operations to optimize detection, response and threat intelligence

/n

- Lead vulnerability management strategy and prioritize remediation based on risk impact

/n

- Ensure security tooling supports rapid incident response and minimal operational noise

/n

/n

Who You Are

/n

/n

- 8+ years in Cybersecurity / Information Security

/n

- Robust experience in Security Architecture, Engineering or Security Technology Leadership

/n

- Hands-on expertise with Cloud Security (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Hybrid Infrastructure

/n

- Proven ability to translate technical risk into business decisions

/n

- Comfortable engaging with developers, security teams, and executive leadership

/n

/n
