About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure seamless execution of sales operations. If you have strong communication skills, a knack for coordination, and are passionate about supporting business growth, we'd love to connect with you.

Eligibility Criteria
/n
Graduate or above
/n
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
/n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
/n
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
/n
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the VP Sales and the Sales Team.
/n
- Manage customer records, sales documentation, proposals, quotations, and reports.
/n
- Coordinate customer communications, meetings, follow-ups, and track action items.
/n
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records and sales databases.
/n
- Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to support sales activities.
/n
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and management information for leadership review.
/n
- Ensure timely execution of customer commitments and support overall business operations.
/n
