Role Overview

/n

We're looking for a Technical Content Writer who can translate complex, technical, and AI-driven concepts into explicit, engaging content for students and internal stakeholders — while using AI tools to speed up and scale content production.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Research, write, and edit technical and educational content (guides, explainers, product/process documentation, blogs) for Collegedunia and allied product lines

/n

- Use AI platforms (e.g., Claude and similar LLM tools) to draft, edit, and optimize content, and to build repeatable content-automation workflows

/n

- Collaborate with product, SEO, and design teams to plan content aligned with user needs and business goals

/n





- Simplify technical/exam/admission-process information into student-friendly language

/n

- Maintain content quality, accuracy, tone, and consistency across formats

/n

- Continuously identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive content/process tasks

/n

- Proactively suggest and drive product/process enhancements that improve content quality, turnaround time, or team efficiency

/n

- Work closely with product/tech teams to scope and test new automation tools or features end-to-end

/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n

- B. Tech mandatory, from a decent / reputed college

/n

- 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in content / technical writing

/n

- Must have working knowledge of Claude or similar AI platforms / LLM tools

/n

- Excellent written English, strong research and editing skills

/n

- Ability to simplify technical concepts for a non-technical audience

/n

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

/n

KEY FOCUS: PROCESS & CONTENT AUTOMATION

/n

This is a core part of the role, not a nice-to-have. We need someone who actively thinks in workflows — not just writes content.

- Strong, hands-on grasp of content automation and process automation tools/concepts — a must-have, not optional

/n

- Ability to design and build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that cut manual effort in content production, QA, and publishing

/n

- A natural instinct to spot repetitive tasks and automate them, using AI platforms, scripts, or no-code tools

/n
