Job Description

To conceptualize, design, present and execute entire project adhering Client's requirements.

/n

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

/n

1. Understanding client requirements

/n

- Interact with client to understand their requirements and design accordingly,

/n

documenting the same and coordinating for client's approval.

/n

- Ensure client satisfaction by taking inputs from client and sharing and sharing the

/n

developments as per project plan.

/n

1. Conceptualize the design

/n

- Conceptualize and develop designs which meet client's requirements / standards /

/n

norms. Working in tandem with the Design cell and Design Directors

/n

1. Obtaining approval for the drawings

/n

- Ensure that the drawings are up to the quality standard of the company and meet client

/n

requirements and sign and seal the same.

/n

- Ensure that the drawings are approved by the clients.

/n

1. Site supervision

/n

- Responsible for smooth progress of work at site in all respects.

/n

1. Assist with sales pitches

/n

- Assisting Sales personnel, Design Directors/ Associate Design Directors/ Design

/n

Leads and Team Leaders with preparation of sales pitches and presentations.

/n

1. Make regular project related follow-ups

/n

- Make regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants and clients to ensure timely delivery

/n

of materials and collection of information.

/n

- Keep the track of the stages in design drawings.

/n

- Checking and ensuring that the drawings / design are executable.

/n

1. Documentation

/n





- Responsible for arranging site documentation and design documentation for future

/n

reference as per standards. Preparing formats for the same and responsible for

/n

accuracy of all the data put in them.

/n

1. Pricing & Product knowledge

/n

- Must have and update thorough knowledge of various building norms, material

/n

specifications, market costing & basic knowledge of Services (Electrical, Plumbing and

/n

HVAC works) and overseeing all relevant data on the same coming from

/n

subcontractors.

/n

1. Detailing

/n

- Responsible for the overall quality and detailing of all building items constructed to

/n

attain the desire architectural perspectives including site and landscaping works

/n

1. Co-ordination

/n

- Responsible for interaction with Service Consultants and Architecture Team for

/n

designing and execution of project.

/n

- Share their ideas with the Design Team to facilitate the execution of project.

/n

- Responsible for joint coordination with civil engineers, interior designers and 3D

/n

designers to streamline the project.

/n

1. Company-Building Initiatives

/n

- Ensure successful completion of identified company-building initiatives on-time

/n

1. Personal Development

/n

- Ensure self development as per Development Plan

/n

1. Communication

/n

- Interact regularly with all involved in the project

/n

- Keep the Project Co-ordinator abreast with the project developments and send daily /

/n

weekly reports to him/her.
