Hiring | Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 3–6 Years

Business Development Manager to drive new brand acquisition and revenue growth.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Own the end-to-end business development cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closure.

/n

- Identify and acquire new brands across Beauty, Skincare, Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, Food, D2C and emerging categories.

/n

- Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline.

/n

- Develop relationships with Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers and agency decision-makers.

/n

- Understand client objectives, marketing requirements and budgets.

/n

- Pitch Influencer Marketing, Creator Collaborations and Digital Marketing Solutions.

/n

- Lead commercial discussions and independently close business.

/n

- Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.

/n

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, brand launches and emerging opportunities.

/n





- Work closely with Campaign Management and Talent Management teams to deliver client solutions.

/n

- Guide BDEs/Associates and support pipeline and conversion tracking.

/n

/n

Requirements

/n

/n

- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Media Sales, Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing.

/n

- Agency experience is mandatory.

/n

- Proven track record of lead generation, recent-client acquisition and independent deal closure.

/n

- Strong understanding of the Influencer Marketing / Creator / Digital ecosystem.

/n

- Excellent communication, pitching, presentation and negotiation skills.

/n

- Strong commercial and revenue orientation.

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

/n

/n

Beauty / Skincare / Wellness experience will be an added advantage.

/n
