About the job

Key Responsibulities:

1. Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
2. Assist customers with product information, sizing, fabric, availability, and order-related queries.
3. Resolve issues related to:
Order status and tracking
Dispatch and shipment updates
COD confirmation
Address and order modifications
Out for Delivery (OFD) and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases
Customer cancellations
Refunds, replacements, and wrong or damaged parcels
4. Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners to ensure timely dispatch and successful deliveries.
5. Update customer interactions and order details in the system.
6. Follow up on pending customer issues until resolution.
7. Deliver professional, courteous, and customer-first service at all times.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory).

Valuable verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and internet usage).

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in e-commerce, customer support,



or order management will be an added advantage.
