Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the various front office client tools as required for the specific queues and provide customer service through calls.
2. Understand customer queries received through calls and act accordingly.
3. Maintain a healthy and clean work setting & adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Continuously upgrade process knowledge as required.
