About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and other hiring channels
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups
5. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
6. Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
7. Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for internship and campus hiring drives
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
9. Assist in onboarding formalities and joining coordination
10. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
11. Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines
