Responsibilities:





- Manage and maintain employee data with accuracy and confidentiality in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Coordinate the entire onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Generate and analyze HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and other relevant data to support business decisions.
