Key responsibilities:

1. Generate fresh loan enquiries through outbound cold calling.
2. Re-engage existing and inactive leads.
3. Generate referrals from existing customers.
4. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
5. Maintain a healthy daily sales pipeline.
6. Understand customer financial requirements.
