Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth for our home appliance portfolio, including fans, lighting products, and other electrical appliances. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer/distributor networks, managing channel partners, and expanding market presence across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of fans, lighting products, and other home electrical appliances across the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop current dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Expand distribution and improve product availability across the market.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Monitor competitor products, schemes, pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
- Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.




- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches, and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in home appliances, electrical, consumer durables, fans, lighting, or allied industries.
- Prior experience in channel sales, dealer/distributor management, and retail sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the local market and distribution network.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Should be comfortable with extensive market travel.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
