Job Title - Academic Advisor

Location - Banglore ( Silk Board )
Hyderabad ( DLF Cyber city )

We're hiring a motivated, empathetic Academic Advisor to guide prospective students through the UG/PG admission journey — from first enquiry to enrolment.

What you'll do:

- Counsel students on courses, specialisations, and universities suited to their goals
- Manage inbound/outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email) and convert enquiries to enrolments
- Guide applicants through documentation and eligibility
- Meet monthly enrolment/revenue targets using CRM tools

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 1–4 years experience
- CRM proficiency (LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar)
- Solid English + one regional language
- Persuasive, target-driven, detail-oriented
