Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to take total ownership of site layout markings, top-level contour mapping, baseline boundary verification, and structural alignments across our construction projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Civil Engineers, you will ensure absolute dimensional accuracy from site setup to final structural handover.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Site Preparation & Layout Marking: Perform initial site boundary surveys, establish benchmark levels, and carry out precision grid and structural markings as per GFC drawings.
- Instrument Handling & Data Collection: Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and digital measuring tools to gather accurate field data and compute levels.
- As-Built & Contour Mapping: Prepare top-level contour surveys, track excavation depths, calculate earthwork cut-and-fill volumes, and generate as-built survey drawings.
- Coordination & Reporting:



Provide accurate marking points to site engineers and subcontractors; maintain digital survey logs; and submit periodic alignment check reports to project leadership.
- 3D CAD Integration: Convert field survey data into CAD drawings (2D/3D) for instant validation against structural and architectural plans.

- Settlement & Structural Monitoring: Execute periodic settlement monitoring of adjacent structures, shoring systems, and high-rise vertical alignment checks.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Expertise: Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Layout Marking, Earthwork Computation, Contour Surveying.
- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR Certification/Diploma in Land Surveying Course.
- Experience: 5–10+ years of proven surveying experience in building construction, infrastructure, or land development projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
