Gajab is India's first AI-powered bargaining marketplace building a new kind of commerce that is interactive, engaging, and driven by smart pricing. We're recreating the bazaar experience online for Tier 2/3 India.

The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can move fast across both creative and execution tracks someone who can run an outreach campaign, coordinate a launch, and still have opinions on why a brief isn't landing. You'll work closely with the core marketing team and have direct visibility into how a startup builds a brand from scratch.

What You'll Do
Campaign Execution

- Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launches, promotions, and activations
- Assist in executing on-ground marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships

Outreach and Community

- Identify and engage with relevant communities, partners, and collaborators to drive brand awareness
- Manage outbound communication including emails, DMs, and coordination with external stakeholders

Content & Creative Coordination

- Support content planning and brief creation for designers and creators
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to feed into content strategy

Tracking & Reporting

- Build and maintain marketing pipelines, databases, and outreach trackers
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights for the team

What Success Looks Like : (First 90 days)





- At least 12 outreach campaigns executed end-to-end with measurable output
- Outreach tracker and marketing pipeline set up and maintained consistently
- First campaign performance report delivered with clear insights and recommendations

Must Have's

- Strong communication skills written and verbal, across English and Hindi
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with outreach and external stakeholder coordination
- Active understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
- Self-starter mindset able to take ownership without being told what to do

- You're not comfortable switching between creative thinking and ground-level execution

Interview Process

- Round 1: HR Screening (20–30 min)
- Round 2: Marketing Task / Case Brief (take-home, 1–2 days)
- Round 3: Team Round with Marketing Lead (30–45 min)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
