Job Overview

We are looking for a Finance Executive to support our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting, be comfortable working with financial records, and have strong attention to detail.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring collections and expenses, coordinating payments, and preparing regular financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily income, expense, cash, and bank records.
- Track customer collections and outstanding payments.
- Monitor project-wise financial transactions.
- Verify vendor invoices and payment requests.
- Manage expense records and petty cash.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate payroll and salary-related financial records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Track vendor payments and outstanding expenses.




- Identify financial discrepancies and report them to the concerned team.
- Ensure financial transactions are properly documented and approved.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounts, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
