- Service Tele-calling: Call customers to remind them of due services and book workshop appointments.
- Service Marketing: Inform customers about seasonal discounts, active service offers, and value-added services.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain daily logs of calls made, appointments fixed, and actual vehicle arrivals. Update customer details in the system.
- Feedback Management: Take customer feedback after their service and report any complaints to the manager.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
