Key Responsibilities

- Ingredient & Material Sourcing: Procure high-volume baking staples and required products for Factories & Office, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage reliable local and international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends for commodities to forecast price changes, negotiate bulk discounts, and minimize waste.
- Inventory & Demand Planning: Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, preventing shortages of perishable goods or overstocking of dry ingredients.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all delivered raw materials meet strict internal specifications and industry health standards.
- System Operations: Maintain digital purchasing records, contracts,



and resource planning using ERP Systems or inventory software.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of procurement experience within the food & beverage, hospitality, or commercial baking sector.
- Core Skills: Advanced negotiation, supplier auditing, financial acumen, market analysis, and strong cross-functional communication.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations (like HACCP/FSSAI) and proficiency in ERP/MRP procurement tools

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
