Experience: 4+ Years Job Type: Full-time - South Indian CDP (Chef de Partie) - Prepare authentic South Indian cuisine with consistent taste and quality. - Handle the South Indian section independently. - Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness and food safety. - Manage daily preparation and mise en place. - Ensure timely service and proper portion control. - Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team. - Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen standards. - Hotel, restaurant, café or resort experience must. - Immediate joiners are welcome.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
