Job Summary

SS Hyundai is looking for an experienced and responsible Spare Parts In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of the spare parts department. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of automobile spare parts, inventory management, vendor coordination, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the spare parts department.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely availability of required parts.
- Handle parts ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
- Coordinate with the Service and Workshop departments for spare parts requirements.
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts and take appropriate action.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of parts.
- Monitor parts billing, documentation, and stock-related transactions.
- Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of spare parts.
- Minimize stock discrepancies,



damages, and inventory losses.
- Prepare and maintain relevant stock and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in an automobile spare parts department preferred.
- Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and their applications.
- Experience in inventory and stock management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Service, Workshop, and Accounts teams.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory/software systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
