Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchase operations and good knowledge of Tally

Key Responsibilities

- Handle purchase orders and procurement processes.
- Identify and evaluate vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Maintain purchase records and documentation in Tally / SAP.
- Coordinate with the production and accounts teams regarding material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.




- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Tally
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of purchase and inventory processes.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage vendor relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication skills in English/Tamil (preferred).
- Familiarity with manufacturing or paint industry is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,739.85 per month
