Job Summary

Medcity International Academy is looking for a motivated and qualified Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to handle student and parent enquiries, support admissions, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
- Explain courses, fees, admission procedures, and other details to students and parents.
- Follow up with prospective students and support admission conversions.
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records.
- Address student and parent concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
- Assist with admission documentation and related administrative tasks.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups,



and admissions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
- Experience in customer relations, counselling, sales, or admissions is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
