About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with expertise in the UK staffing market to join our talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the UK, sourcing top-tier technical talent, managing candidate pipelines, and engaging directly with UK stakeholders and clients. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for IT niche skill sets across the UK market (Contract, Permanent, and C2C roles).
- Source and attract talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, UK Job Boards (Jobsite, CW Jobs, Reed, Totaljobs), and direct networking.
- Conduct in-depth screening calls to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and communication proficiency.
- Build strong pipelines for niche technologies including Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
- Communicate effectively with UK-based hiring managers, candidates,



and account teams to negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated on UK employment standards, IR35 regulations, and IT hiring market trends.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 4 to 8+ years of dedicated experience in UK IT Recruitment.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
- Communication Skills: Flawless written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills suitable for qualified UK client/candidate interaction.
- Sourcing Mastery: Hands-on expertise with UK job portals, boolean search techniques, and social sourcing via LinkedIn.
- Market Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UK tech skill sets, visa/right-to-work requirements, and IR35 guidelines.
