We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, act as a single point of contact for stakeholders and clients, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive collaboration across teams while aligning projects with business and go-to-market objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are consistently met
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, QA, Business) to ensure seamless execution
- Drive regular communication with clients, including status updates, risk discussions, and milestone tracking
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively
- Ensure balanced workload distribution and optimal resource utilization across the team
- Establish explicit project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps
- Define and track KPIs/metrics to measure project performance and success




- Collaborate with leadership to align project execution with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
- Contribute to planning and execution of GTM initiatives including launch readiness, positioning, and coordination
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and governance standards are maintained

Required Skills & Competencies:

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Technical Knowledge in .NET and Python
- Strong project management and delivery ownership mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in client handling and expectation management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic thinking with a clear understanding of business and GTM alignment
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.)

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
