Sales Associate Helper – A1 Cash & Carry

About the Role:
A1 Cash & Carry is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and responsible Sales Associates to join our team for our upcoming store in Patna. The selected candidates will play an important role in assisting customers and supporting the day-to-day sales and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about products, prices, offers, and availability.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Support daily sales activities and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintain proper product arrangement, display, pricing, and availability on shelves.
- Replenish products and coordinate with the inventory/store team when stock is required.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization,



and proper presentation of the sales floor.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and store procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, FMCG, supermarket, wholesale, or sales will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
