Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.

Drive inbound lead generation through SEO, content, performance marketing, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.

Lead and manage Organic Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, Social Media, Design, and Marketing Operations teams.

Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to improve lead quality and conversion.

Oversee website performance, SEO, CRO, and marketing automation initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and key metrics and ROI.

Build brand visibility, thought leadership, and consistent messaging across all digital platforms.

Mentor and develop the marketing team while establishing clear KPIs and processes.

Stay updated on industry trends,



AI marketing tools, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Requirements

4–8 years of experience in B2B IT Services/SaaS marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in SEO, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM, and marketing automation tools.

Proven track record of driving inbound lead generation and managing cross-functional marketing teams.

Solid leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
