Urgently looking for a Remote Technical Support Engineer (L2-L3 Level) who is having a good Experience in these categories as shown below: -

1. Windows Server & System Administrator.

2. Backup Administrator and Setup.

3. Remote Monitoring Management Tools like Kaseya, Datto, ConnectWise or Ninja etc.

4. Office365 Administration and Email Migration.

5. End User Technical Support.

6. Ticketing Tools like Autotask or ConnectWise Manage.

7. Patch Management.8. Communication Skills should be very positive (This is Must)

Note:-1. Full time shift

2. Work from Home. (Own Laptop & Good Internet must)

3. MSP Experience preferred.

4. Must have experience to handle US/ Canada Clients. (Min- 3 Years) -Voice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
