We are looking for a motivated and responsible Valuation Engineer / Field Engineer to join our growing team.

Position: Valuation Engineer
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–2 Years in Property Valuation / Civil Engineering
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections of residential, commercial & land properties
- Take accurate property measurements and photographs
- Verify property details with documents, plans and site conditions
- Collect local market rates and property information
- Prepare property valuation reports for Banks / NBFCs / Housing Finance Companies
- Assess land value, building value, depreciation and construction cost
- Coordinate with customers, bank officials and internal teams
- Complete assigned cases within the required TAT

Requirements

✅ Good knowledge of Civil Engineering and building construction
✅ Knowledge of property valuation is preferred




✅ Good communication and report-writing skills
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
✅ Willingness to travel for site inspections
✅ Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
✅ Candidates with banking valuation experience will be given preference
