Responsibilities

- Analyze business performance, KPIs, revenue, profitability, costs, and operational metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business analytics, dashboards, and presentations.
- Translate complex business information and data into clear, easy-to understand, actionable insights.
- Analyze performance across channels, products, SKUs, geographies, and customer segments.
- Develop and improve SOPs, reporting processes, dashboards, and business workflows.
- Validate and reconcile data related to sales, discounts, returns, COGS, inventory, and margins.
- Monitor SKU performance, inventory, ageing, returns, margins, and working capital.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis covering pricing, products, promotions, and market presence.
- Identify performance variances, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for business growth, cost optimization, pricing, new products, channels, and investments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and other functions to understand business requirements and consolidate data.
- Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organization.
- Support CEO in business reviews, planning,



decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and work towards establishing a single source of truth for management decision-making.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Business Analytics, Strategy, Category/Revenue Management, or CEO/Founder’s Office.
- Strong knowledge of Python and other analytical tools
- MBA, CA, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or relevant quantitative background preferred.
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Consumer Products, Nutraceuticals, or Pet Care preferred.

- Embedded business strategist/ consultant — validating data, identifying the story behind the numbers, uncovering business opportunities and risks, and providing transparent, actionable recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment with cats and dogs.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
