Position: Biochar Assistant Manager (Agriculture)

Location: Addateegala (ASR region)

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Rural Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture projects, climate programs, carbon projects, or rural field operations.
- Hands-on experience working with farmers, field teams, and extension systems.
- Exposure to carbon credits, regenerative agriculture, biochar, or sustainability projects is a strong advantage.
- It is mandatory to have own bike and a valid driving license as the role will require travel across the villages

- District-Level Execution & Planning
- Farmer Onboarding & Engagement
- Eco-Credit Output Delivery, Acreage Scale-up & Field Execution
- Applied Research Data Integrity, Research Documentation & Dissemination
- District Team Coordination & Capacity Building
- SOP Implementation & Compliance
