- Prepare estimates, BOQs, and quotations for enquiries received from various channels, especially for CO2 Systems, IHP, and DHP.
- Follow up on quotations with the Sales Team and maintain proper enquiry and quotation records.
- Prepare order checklists once the order is finalized.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch Team to ensure materials are ready as per requirements.
- Prepare technical sheets, TCs, certificates, and other technical documents.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Handle after-sales technical support and documentation.
- Conduct cold calling and support business development activities.
- Conduct site visits and supervise site-related work as required.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and other departments for smooth execution of orders.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
