Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Civil Supervisor to join our team at Houseit/Atelier, based onsite in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site civil work, managing labour, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. This role requires flexibility to travel to other project sites in case of work-related emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day civil construction/site activities in Vadodara

Manage and coordinate labour in office, including allocation of daily tasks

Ensure labour attendance, discipline, and productivity is maintained

Monitor quality of work and adherence to project timelines

Travel to other project sites as required, especially during urgent/emergency situations

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors

Maintain daily progress reports and update management

Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site

Handle material and resource tracking at the site level

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
