Department: Quality
Experience: 5–10 years in Automotive Manufacturing / Quality / QMS

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the IATF 16949 / QMS across the organization.
- Coordinate and monitor internal, customer, certification, and surveillance audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customer-specific requirements (CSR) and quality standards.
- Monitor QMS performance, quality objectives, KPIs, and process effectiveness.
- Coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and follow up on action items.
- Drive Corrective Action / Preventive Action (CAPA), RCA, and continual improvement activities.
- Ensure proper control and maintenance of QMS documents, procedures, records, and formats.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC, Maintenance, NPD, Purchase, and other departments for QMS compliance.
- Monitor customer complaints, rejection, warranty issues, and improvement actions.
- Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, risk management, process approach, and continual improvement.




- Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Conduct awareness and training programs related to IATF 16949, quality systems, and process requirements.
- Track audit findings, NCRs, observations, and closure status within defined timelines.
- Prepare and maintain QMS reports and documentation for management and external audits.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related field

Required Knowledge: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), Internal Audit, 8D, RCA, CAPA, Customer Specific Requirements, and Management Review.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
