Key Requirements:

End-to-End Program Management for large-scale onboarding/training programs

Participant registration, facilitator coordination & day-of program logistics

Stakeholder management with SMEs, Business Leaders, HR, US/Global teams & vendors

Learning design, storyboarding & program planning

Learning analytics, metrics, scorecards & periodic reporting

Experience handling large datasets of 1,000+ records and deriving actionable insights

Strategic & executive communication

Large-scale communications and organizational broadcasts

Large-group presentation and public-speaking skills

Operational optimization and delivery efficiency

Participant feedback tracking and post-program analysis





Continuous improvement and innovation in learning programs

Collaboration with Finance, Talent Services, Logistics and other teams

Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver programs for 100+ participants

Robust leadership, logical thinking and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to prepare and present clear reports/debrief presentations to leadership

Experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development in matrixed organizations focused on international markets

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

Master’s preferred in HR, Learning & Development, or related field

7+ years of progressively complex experience in L&D; / Talent Development

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
